I am a very hard to please person. I watch/know a fair amount of amine, but few have made it to my favorites, and usually then, it is because I like the concept.

Favorites list:
Naruto shippuden (I personally think it sucks after the Hidan/Kakuzu arc, though. Except the Kakashi thing.)
Pokemon (Especially those episodes in Johto and Kanto) Because those were awesome, great concept. Now, though, Pokemon sucks. At least the games are still good. (So Digimon came first, but the Pokemon amine is based on the manga, witch is based on the games. So if Digimon came BEFORE the games, (Red and Green for Japanese) You can't say the idea for Digimon came first.)

And that is it. Now for my stuff I know and whatnot.

(OMG! WHERE'S BLEACH!) I have no idea why I don't like Beach as much as Naruto. I have been trying to find out, because it's supposedly better, but I don't know why I don't like it. It's really strange. I should like it, but I don't, what?

Death Note? It has a good plot, characters are meh, though.

Wolf's rain? Very beautiful, I like wolves, but it gets boring after a bit for reasons I don't know.

Hitalia is is cool, but not as funny as I would like it to be. Plus, I have no clue where to watch it.

Vampire Knight? Romance is not my thing, and I don't like vampires. Plot is a bit funny, but at least it has some humor in it.

I am such a criticizer. =D

I love Naruto, of course, but I agree: it gets boring when Kakuzu and Hidan die.
My other favourites are Ouran, Deathnote, Black Cat, Devil May Cry, Hellsing...

...

I have too many favourites to list actually. ;-;

Pokemon and Dragon Ball were the first two anime I watched- and the newer Pokemon episodes absolutely suck in my opinion.

I haven't started a new anime in a while... probably due to the fact that I've spent weeks trying to finish a final fantasy game.

Let's see I watch a lot of anime but don't like all that I've seen. These are some I do like!:

Naruto
Bleach
Rurouni Kenshin
Katekyo Hitman Reborn! ( currently my obbsession. I have read all the manga that is translated and am now watching the anime)
Slayers ( My all time favorite! I own the first three seasons and am so happy they have a fourth one now!)
Peacemaker Kurogane
There is more I know there is but my mind isn't really up to digging that far.
